A fast growing industrial company is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to take control of the daily running of the business, manage its growth, build strong relationships with its Clients and assist in building its future.
Responsibilities
- Set objectives for the team and track progress
- Design and implement company processes and policies
- Manage day to day running of the company
- Maintain and develop relationships with our Clients.
- Build and implement the highest standards of HSE compliance within the company
Requirements
- Five years experience in the manpower sector associated with Oil and Gas or EPC.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Drivers license
- Microsoft office highly competent
- Working knowledge of company finance
- Working knowledge of Commercial and Libyan labour law
- Existing knowledge of Oil & Gas industry in Libya and client contacts preferred.
